AI agents

An AI agent is a smart system that can think, decide, and act on its own without needing constant human instructions. Unlike basic AI, which only responds when asked, AI agents can work independently, solve problems, and complete tasks just like an assistant who knows what to do.

For example, instead of just generating a response when you ask, an AI agent can:
- Monitor emails, prioritize messages, and send replies automatically.
- Manage business processes, like handling customer support tickets.
- Make decisions based on past interactions and adapt to new situations.

AI agents use a combination of large language models (LLMs), knowledge bases, and automation tools to function effectively. They can also connect to different systems, like databases, APIs, and third-party applications, to get things done efficiently.

In short, AI agents take AI from just "answering questions" to actively helping businesses and individuals by automating complex workflows and making intelligent decisions
